Schedule

As part of our residency program, you will engage in staffing on an every-other-weekend basis after completing orientation, along with two holidays. We offer 10 days of PTO, 15 project days, and 1 comp day following each weekend worked. This schedule is designed to provide a balanced work-life experience, allowing you ample time to rest and recharge.

ASHP Accreditation

Our PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program currently holds ASHP Candidate Status, reflecting the successful launch of our inaugural residency class and continued progress through the accreditation process. An ASHP accreditation survey is scheduled for Spring 2027. 

As one of the first residents in our program, you’ll benefit from individualized mentorship, close collaboration with experienced preceptors, and the opportunity to help shape a growing residency program. Residents gain the advantages of a new program's flexibility and innovation while training within an established health system pharmacy department committed to clinical excellence, professional development, and resident success.
