I had called the office in regard to a cough I had not been able to get over. Dr Hansel was busy, so I scheduled with another provider. When Dr Hansel was made aware that I had called she had me come in to see her. I was surprised & very happy when they called me back & said I was going to see her. Dr Hansel has given me medical help with wisdom and compassion. Mon Aug 18 she encouraged me to remain hopeful which was equally as important, if not more so.
