Rachel was the one who actually helped set up my appointment. After Dr. Arnivek left, I couldn't decide who or where to go for a doctor, but I spoke to her and she was very willing and was glad to take me as a patient. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Rachel is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes time to listen and to give feedback. I always feel comfortable when being around her. I asked about her new baby, and she showed me pictures, which I was happy to get to see. She makes my checkup a pleasant experience.

I saw Natalie, a NP student who was shadowing Rachel. She was amazing. She took her time reviewing my blood work and chart, explained everything so I could understand, looked me in the eye, and treated me with respect and care!!

Very good with Rachel, however, she stayed me on a medicine and then left on maternity leave. I called to see if I could get dosage lowered as I was having some side effects. Was advised I'd have to make an appointment with another practitioner. I dont understand why I have to, dont they have someone covering for her since she'll be gone 3 months. Costs me more money and time.
