Take more time with patients and speak to children how you would like to be spoken to. I kept hearing "Well hes clearly very upset". Yes and you would be too if you had a gash on your face and didnt understand what was going on. Get on his level and speak to him. The PA at the ER was very kind and patient with him and you were harsh and cold.

Appreciated getting in same day! Miranda and Lexa were great. I do recommend consideration of not swabbing for strep when in for a cough before the provider does exam.

She didn't seem very caring, and if she said she was going to prescribe the oral medicine then that is what I should have received. Maybe she had been working long hours I don't know but it seemed like she just wanted to be done with my appointment.
She is a compassionate and understanding provider. I do not see myself as ever looking for a new provider as long as Lexa is available.
