Well, to be honest my appointment was for 1:15 and the wait was 45 minutes and I was there 15 minutes early, with everything all filled out and requested of me. Courtesy is letting patient know if the doctor is running late etc., is common courtesy due to anyone’s time and schedule. Time allowed for each patient should be reviewed accordingly, especially if your a new patient. Courtesy and respect is the key to anyone’s job or persons.
