When you request a visit with Mobile Care, you can rest easy knowing your doctor is U.S. board-certified in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine or pediatrics. All of the Mobile Care doctors U.S. residents, licensed in Iowa and average 20 years of practice experience.

Secure access
Mobile Care doctor visits are conducted using a secure video connection from a computer or mobile device. You can find Mobile Care online at, or download the mobile app at the Google Play or App stores.

Fast response
In a hurry? When you use Mobile Care, your request for a visit will be answered quickly. In most cases, video consultations with a doctor begin within 10 to 15 minutes of requesting a visit.

Prescription Medication
If needed, your Mobile Care doctor will send your prescription directly to the pharmacy you choose during the account set-up process.  

The fee for using Mobile Care is $49 per visit. These services are not billed through your insurance company. Payments can be made via debit, credit or Health Savings Account card.

Let’s begin

  • Set up your account
    Register for Mobile Care by entering a username, password and contact information. You should also provide the name of your primary care provider and an emergency contact.
  • Medical background
    Before your visit can begin, you’ll need to enter your medical history. This information includes a listing of any medications you are taking, known allergies and current medical conditions.
  • Request a visit
    When you request a visit, you must select the main reason for your visit from a list of various medical conditions. You can also upload photos, if needed.  Once you consent to treatment and verify all the details of your visit request, you’ll enter the virtual exam room.
